If you need to return or exchange an item purchased from our website, please email westwardmakers@gmail.com with your order # and style name and we will issue an RA # to you with instructions on where to send your return. 

RETURN POLICY

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of your purchase.
• Merchandise must be returned in its original form (not worn, altered, or washed).
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, or wash.
• Westward Makers does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to westwardmakers@gmail.com before sending the item back.
• You may use a shipper of your choice for a full refund, minus the original shipping cost.
• We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
• Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
